Led the end-to-end implementation of a new maintenance management system across two airlines — Aerolíneas Argentinas and Austral — impacting 3,000 people across operations, maintenance and leadership. Beyond the technology, the project required a deep organizational and cultural shift: new ways of working, new decision structures, and a change management program that aligned two separate organizations under a unified operating model.
Built and integrated Salesforce CRM services across LATAM for a global consulting firm — connecting teams in energy, healthcare and financial services under a unified regional model. The work went beyond implementation: it created a new capability that didn't exist before, with governance frameworks, quality standards and cross-country delivery structures that made it repeatable and scalable.
Governed a $450M regional digital transformation — 40 product teams, 60 enterprise systems, 3 countries operating under one unified model. The challenge was not technology: it was getting finance, product, payments, logistics and leadership to move together. Reduced a payment rollout timeline from 20 to 9 months. Reduced shipping errors by 30%. Built the governance infrastructure that made it stick.
Managed a strategic customer portfolio representing approximately 30% of a global SaaS company's EMEA base — overseeing commercial performance, retention and growth. Designed and institutionalized the CRM governance framework and OKR structure that gave leadership real visibility over pipeline, NPS and revenue forecasting. The work aligned Sales, Key Account Management and Product under a single operating model.
